1 Meadow Way is a large detached holiday home situated in the village of St Issey, an ideal location just 5 minutes drive from Padstow. This house is extremely light and spacious and offers great, comfortable living accommodation with slate floors and large leather sofas. Ideal for family holidays, Meadow Way has the benefit of a games room and large enclosed garden at the rear. There is also a play park and playing field just around the corner. A good, local pub is within walking distance of the property, as well as two others only a couple of miles away, and the camel trail can be easily accessed down quiet country lanes just a short drive from the property. Meadow Way is surrounded by miles of footpaths and there is also a dedicated field on the edge of the village for dog walking.
Holiday home comprises: Downstairs: Kitchen/breakfast room, utility, dining room, large lounge, WC, pool/games room. Upstairs: 2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, large bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, WC & basin and 1 kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom with corner bath, WC & basin. Enclosed garden and parking. Access statement: You drive straight off a public road and into the driveway of 1 Meadow Way where there is parking for 2 large cars. There are then 2 steps up to the front door and into the ground floor where there is a large entrance hall. Also on this floor is the kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, dining room, large lounge, separate WC and pool/games room. 13 steps take you up to the first floor with 2 x twin bedrooms, 2 x double bedrooms, large family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, basin & WC and 1 x king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with corner bath, basin & WC. From the lounge there is a sliding door with 2 high steps out onto a large patio area with picnic table and chairs and then a further 2 steps down on to a lawn. The patio can also be accessed from a back door leading from the utility room or there is a gate at the side of the house with 1 step down onto a gravel path which also leads to the back garden. The nearest payphone is across the road by the bus stop. The nearest shops are in Padstow. This property provides linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
NB: NB) There is a professional dog walking service available next door.
