The rooms are light and spacious and the cottage also benefits from a private patio area and off-street parking for 2 cars. With these wonderful assets and a fabulous location, 10 Church Lane is the perfect house for a holiday in Padstow. Downstairs: Large living room and kitchen/diner. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (1 kingsize), 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom (with additional pullout full size single), a family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin and also a separate WC. Courtyard garden, storage shed and parking Access statement: The front door is accessed straight off Church Lane and there is 1 step up into the ground floor. On this floor is a large open plan living room and large kitchen with dining area. 13 Steps take you up to the first floor and 2 double bedrooms (1x king-size), 1 twin (3'), 1 single (3') with additional full size 3' single pull-out, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and WC, second WC. From the kitchen there are 2 steps up to the back door which leads out to the back garden. There is a patio area with tables and chairs, a storage shed and 2-3 steps which lead up to a large slate paved area where there is parking for 2 cars. This area can also be accessed from a side street to the left of the property. The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark. This property provides linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Church Lane is mostly residential terraced cottages and excessive noise levels will not be tolerated by adjacent neighbours. 4 Star pending, now taking dogs. Friday. 8 |
