How To Book
- Once you have selected the property of your choice please click ?book online? and fill out the form.
- When we have received your enquiry we will confirm that the property is available on the dates you have requested. Please note: Our availability gets updated at the end of every working day, which means that we can’t guarantee dates until we’ve confirmed the booking and a deposit has been received.
- Once we have received your deposit we will then send you a letter of confirmation. Within this letter will be the date of when your balance payment is due which will be 6 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that we do not send out a reminder.
- When you pay your balance we also require a £200 per week damage deposit which can either be in cheque form or held against your card details (there is a box to tick on the booking form). We do not cash this cheque or debit your card unless there is a problem. We destroy the damage deposit cheque when you leave as long as everything is left as it was found.
- Once you have paid your balance we will then send you a map and directions to your property and details of key collection.
If you have any queries or cannot find a suitable property on our website please contact us as we receive new properties to let throughout the year and may have an alternative property about to be registered. We also have a cancellations list.

Once you have provisionally booked your property with us please fill in out our booking form and we will contact you for your payment details alternatively you can download the main booking form and send this to us with your payment.
