| How to book Once you have selected the property of your choice please contact us to check whether the dates you want are available. You can either call us by phone or email us by clicking on the ‘enquire now’ button on the property page. Our availability chart is updated everyday as the deposits are loaded in however provisional bookings do not show. When we have received your enquiry we will let you know if the property is available. To confirm the booking you will then need to send us a booking form within 7 days. Under the ‘contact’ section of the website there is an ‘online booking form’ which can be emailed directly to us and once we have received this we will phone you for payment details. Alternatively, if you would like to send a cheque there is a pdf version of the booking form on the same page which can be posted to us. Please ensure that you send this to us within the 7 days otherwise your provisional booking will be automatically deleted. 3. Once we have received your form and deposit we will then send you a letter of confirmation. Within this letter will be the date of when your balance payment is due which will be 6 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that we do not send out a reminder. When you pay your balance we also require a £100 per week damage deposit which can either be in cheque form or held against your card details (there is a box to tick on the booking form). We do not cash this cheque or debit your card unless there is a problem. We destroy the damage deposit cheque when you leave as long as everything is left as it was found. Once you have paid your balance we will then send you a map and directions to your property and details of key collection. If you have any queries or cannot find a suitable property on our website please contact us as we receive new properties to let throughout the year and may have an alternative property about to be registered. We also have a cancellations list. Please note that we do not do online bookings as we like to talk you through the properties to make sure you are getting the right holiday home for you and your family. |
