Please see below for useful information on our houses and what you can expect during your stay.

Access Statements: Access statements for all our properties can be found under the description of each property.

Arrival Time: Arrival time at all our properties is at 3pm unless stated differently on the property details.

Departure Time: Departure time at all our properties is at 10am unless stated differently on the property details.

Beds: Where it states ‘double room’, it means a double bed and ?twin room? means 2 single beds unless stated otherwise.

Children: Children are welcome in the majority of our properties but due to the layout and steep stairs in some of our properties we do restrict the ages of children, if applicable, these will be stated on the property pages. Children under six years
old are not allowed to sleep on the top bunks in any of the properties.

Cots and Travel Cots: Linen is not provided for any cots and travel cots.

Cleaning: All our houses are cleaned before and after your stay, extra cleaning and mid-week cleans may be available at an extra cost, please arrange with our before your arrival.

Groups: We do not accommodate large single sex groups.

Linen and Towels: All our properties provide linen and towels unless stated differently in the property description. Linen hire can be arranged, please see the property description for contact details. Linen and towels are not provided for bed-settees / sofa beds unless stated.

Pillows and Duvets: All our properties provide duvets and pillows. These are not always provided for bed settees, this will be stated in the property description.

Properties: Some of our cottages have steep or open slatted stairs. Care must be taken, as we cannot be held responsible for any accidents. We do have several properties on our books which were built before the days of damp proof courses and cavity wall construction so, although they tend to have more character and atmosphere, they may not necessarily be in pristine order.

The agents will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of the owner or any other person, nor for any accident, damage, loss or injury, expenses or inconvenience to any person or thing brought on to the property, nor for personal injury or loss of life.
