| Important Information Extra cleaning and mid-week cleans are available at an extra cost on certain properties. Children under six years old are not allowed to sleep on top bunks. We do not accommodate large single groups. 10am is the deadline for vacating properties unless stated differently on the property details. Some of these cottages have steep stairs and slatted open stairs. Care must be taken, as we cannot be held responsible for any accidents. All properties provide duvets and Pillows. We do have several older properties on our books, which were built before the days of damp proof courses and cavity wall construction so, although they tend to have more character, and atmosphere they may not necessarily be in pristine order. All properties that do not provide linen do have duvets and pillows. Where it states ‘double room’ it means a double bed unless stated otherwise. The Agents will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of the owner or any other person, nor for any accident, damage, loss or injury, expenses or inconvenience to any person or thing brought on to the property, nor for personal injury or loss of life. |
