No 1 Atlantic Terrace is a holiday home situated on the far end of a very stylish Victorian terrace of similar style properties. Facing the beautiful Rocky Beach at Trevone Bay, this property has stunning, uninterrupted coastal and sea views and Trevone’s sandy beach is just a short walk away. This home is a real one off with immense character and charm with high ceilings, period features, and wonderful views from nearly every room. An addition to this property is The Bothy, at the back, which can be booked together if you have extra guests, both properties are really something special.
Holiday home comprises: Downstairs: Lounge/dining room, kitchen with larder, conservatory, twin bedroom (ideal for kids & teenagers) and a bathroom with bath, separate power shower, WC & basin. Upstairs: 1 twin bedroom, 1 single cabin bedroom with basin, bathroom with WC & basin and a kingsize bedroom with TV and amazing sea view. Second floor: Twin bedroom with Z bed, amazing view and ensuite WC & basin. Private garden at rear, communal garden at front and parking. Access statement: There is a large grassed area outside Atlantic Terrace for parking and then a grassed/paved path that leads to the front door and in to the conservatory. From here it is 1 step up in to the ground floor where there is an entrance hall, lounge/dining room, kitchen with larder, downstairs twin room, bathroom with bath, basin and power shower in separate cubicle. 15 steps take you up to the first floor with a twin room, cabin room with single bed and basin, bathroom with bath & WC and king size double bedroom. 12 steps then take you up a fairly narrow stair case to the second floor and a twin bedroom & Z bed with ensuite wc and basin with another amazing view. Private garden at rear of property & communal garden at the front. The nearest payphone is outside the surf shop or post office/store in Trevone. The nearest bus stop is at the top of Trevone in Windmill. This property provides linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
NB: Prices can be reduced for
smaller groups in seasons 1 &
2 by prior arrangement.
