Nicky Stanley has been the owner and director of Harbour Holidays since the mid 1990’s and works alongside her mother and her sister in the company, Jackie Stanley Estate Agents. She has a strong background in art, design and marketing and has used her own experiences and personal values to help the business grow and develop. She believes in a high quality of service as well as moral values and respect saying ‘I love doing what I do in the area I grew up in and enjoy working within the tourism industry. Limiting the amount of properties in my portfolio means that I can build personal and trusting relationships with both homeowners and clients’. Both the website and brochure has hours of Nicky’s time invested in the personal design, illustrations and art work. Nicky also does the majority of the photography, trying to capture the ambience of each property and surrounding areas. Having started off in the letting industry from an early age Nicky has developed a thorough understanding of the market and a long history of what customers are looking for.
	Tamsyn Siddiqui joined the Harbour Holidays team as a letting agent in September 2006 after moving back to Cornwall from London where she had a successful career in the fashion industry. She has a wonderful knowledge of the local area having grown up in Wadebridge and now lives near Truro with her husband and two daughters. Tamsyn loves being able to find someone their dream holiday home and always makes sure that a house is perfect for the guest. ‘I enjoy searching for the most ideal house for my clients and love seeing everyone enjoy their holiday’. Using her experience in design and IT, Tamsyn has created effective, computer-based tools and oversees the more detailed aspects of holiday homes, including safety measures and regulations, making life much easier for our homeowners.
	Kate Whiston has been with the company for ten years having started off as an estate agent in Harbour Holidays’ sister company ‘Jackie Stanley Estate Agents’. Having lived in Padstow all her life, Kate knows every inch of the town and surrounding area and having been a letting agent for so long she has formed great relations with her regular clients. ‘I like seeing familiar faces returning to Padstow and love the fact that people enjoy coming back year after year’. Using the experience and knowledge she gained from working at the Padstow branch of Lloyds TSB for 10 years previously, Kate has aided and guided the company through all things related to ‘accounts’. Kate lives in Padstow with her husband and two children.
	Amy Marshall became a letting agent at Harbour Holidays in November 2006 having moved back home to Cornwall from spending time at university and travelling round the world. Having grown up in the area she enjoys exploring the coastline and loves booking people in for a seaside holiday. ‘Being very passionate about the area I live in helps me to create the perfect holiday experience for guests as I like to find the most suitable property for their needs’. With a university qualification in English language / literature, Amy oversees the literature used in both the brochure and the website and is responsible for all correspondence and written communications. Amy lives in Rock with her husband.
