More places to see and visit...

There is something for everyone in the area and below is a list that is by no means exclusive. If you are interested in Gardens and Country Houses; The Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Pendennis and Tintagel Castles, Lanhydrock, Trelissick and Pencarrow, Heligan gardens will be of interest. If Industrial Heritage is your thing there's The China Clay Museum, Geevor Tin Mine, The Poldark Mine an The Royal Cornwall Museum are worth a visit.

On the Maritime front there's the Blue Reef Aquarium, National Lobster Hatchery and Charlestown Shipwreck and Heritage Centre. There is also a great selection of general attractions and theme parks including Flambards, Crealy Adventrue Park, Lappa Valley Steam Train, Springfields Pony Centre, Dairyland, Scillonian III-Day trips to Scilly, The Minack Theatre, Hall for Cornwall, The Tate Gallery at St Ives. Finally there is the Camel Trail...

The Camel Trail runs from Padstow through Wadebridge to Boscarne along the South Bank of the River Camel. The Camel Trail is now one for the most popular recreational routes for walkers, cyclists and horse riders; a safe traffic free place from which to enjoy the absolutely spectacular views of the water, coastline and beautiful countryside. Open 365 days a year one can follow the route once used by the steam train in 1899 from Waterloo which carried visitors from the smoke of the capital to the fresh country Cornish air.

Whether it is wild or peaceful, Cornwall has a magic quality that draws people back time after time.
