The owners have completely renovated and refurbished this property to provide a stylish and luxurious holiday home. The property has some attractive features such as exposed beams, deep slate window sills and sun pipes. Attention to detail is present in every room as well as a state of the art kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The property is deceptively spacious with light, airy rooms and a lovely enclosed rear courtyard which is a real suntrap and provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining. With a gorgeous interior, parking and a lovely garden this property is really special. Downstairs: kitchen and lounge/dining room with doors leading out to the garden. Upstairs: 1 king size bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC, basin & heated towel rail, 1 twin bedroom (can zip & link to create a super king), 1 double bedroom, 1 children’s bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC & basin. Parking and enclosed courtyard garden. Access statement: The parking area is located just to the right hand side of the property. From here there is a small cobbled slope and 2 big steps up inside the property. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, utility cupboard with washer/dryer and 1 small step up onto a lounge/dining room which has a door leading out down 1 step into the enclosed courtyard with table and chairs plus BBQ. 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 bunk bedroom (2ft 6 beds), 1 king size bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (can be linked together to make a super king) and a bathroom with bath (shower attachment), separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark. This property provides linen and towels.
