Carrek Cottage is a gorgeous detached Cornish stone cottage in the heart of Trevone, within a short walk of the beautiful Trevone beach and coastal walks. The cottage has been beautifully refurbished to retain its character, with high airy upstairs ceilings and cosy beamed ceilings downstairs.

Carrek Cottage benefits from parking, and an outside hot and cold shower, ideal for those days after the beach. At the rear of the cottage is an enclosed, lawned, pretty terraced garden and patio with garden furniture.

This cottage is consistently popular with couples and young families many of whom come back every year and also makes a great base for golf breaks at Trevose which is a short drive away.

Access statement: The parking space for this property is located opposite. There are then 5 big stone steps that lead down into the front courtyard of the house. 1 step over the door frame takes you inside where there is a dining room which leads through (up a slight slope) in to the kitchen and a downstairs WC/utility room. There is also a lounge with separate area for coats and shoes and a back door which leads out down one step through a stable door to the back garden.
There is then 1 step up to a patio with table and chairs and a lawn and a further 6 steps up to a high patio/gravel area. 9 steps take you up to the first floor with one step up to the right into a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and one step up to the left to the double bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower above, basin and WC. There is also an outside shower.
The nearest payphone is outside the surf shop or post office/store in Trevone.
The nearest bus stop is at the top of Trevone in Windmill.
