Timbers is located in a picturesque valley next to the creek in the village of Little Petherick just over a mile from Padstow and built in a ‘Canadian Lodge’ style.

Timbers has been very well furnished in a contemporary ‘beachy’ style making a very comfortable ‘home from home’ with balconies at the front and back of the house. Timbers is a perfect retreat for both winter and summer breaks with an outdoor patio with seating and lawned garden for warm summer evenings and an electric woodburner for cosy winter nights.

Little Petherick is only a short drive from several of the local beaches, whilst the Saints Way, an ancient footpath connecting North and South Cornwall, runs alongside the creek to join the Camel Trail, there are also a couple of pubs within a couple of minutes drive. Timbers is therefore an ideal base from which to explore the area.

Holiday home comprises:

Downstairs: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Two twin bedrooms, family bathroom with bath with shower attachmnet, WC and washbasin.

Upstairs: Galleried lounge with seating and balcony, master bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside: Decked patio area with table and chairs and lawned garden area, 2 upstairs balconies. Parking for up to 3 cars.

Linen and Towels:

Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

There is parking at the front of the property.
From here there is a path up onto the decked terrace which leads to both the front door and the side door.
1 step up takes you inside and into the open plan kitchen/diner and lounge, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath with hand shower, WC and washbasin.
13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is a galleried lounge with doors leading one step down onto a balcony. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and basin, there is also a balcony off the double bedroom with one step taking you over the doorway onto this.
From the patio at the back of the house, there is one step from the patio area down to the grassed lawn. There are patio table and chairs outside.
The nearest payphone and bus stop are on the A389 near the Little Petherick junction.
The nearest shops are either St.Merryn or Padstow.
