There is a parking space right outside the property. From here there is a tiled path leading up 2 steps to the front door.
1 step over the door frame takes you inside the property and into the hallway. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC and basin, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower mixer, basin and WC.
13 steps take you up to the first floor and an open plan kitchen/large living/dining area.
Access to the garden is via doors leading out from the double bedroom, 1 step over the door frame and onto a decked area with table and chairs. There is a sloping lawn with 8 steps up to a path which leads to a gate and the rear entrance.
The nearest payphone and bus stop are on the A389 near the Little Petherick junction.
The nearest shops are either St.Merryn or Padstow.
