Access Statement

As you approach the front door of 21 New Street it has 1 small slate step and a further small step over the front door.
On the ground floor is the lounge, a twin bedroom with 1 small step into the en-suite basin and WC. 1 step leads up to a separate dining room and kitchen with two sets of French doors opening out with 1 step onto the decked garden.
14 steps will take you up to the first floor, directly in front of you is a double bedroom. To one side of the stairs is another step up to the large master bedroom with 1 small step into the en suite (with bath, power shower above, basin and wc) and French doors with 1 small step to a large balcony area with good sea views.
On the other side of the stairs is another step up to the separate shower room with basin and WC and dressing room and another 13 stairs to the second floor attic room.
On this floor is another double bed room in bright attic space with two large dormer windows/window seats with panoramic town and sea views.
Outside on the decking are 3 steps to upper decking with a seating area.
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow.
The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark.
