From The Drang there are 2 steps down and 1 step over the door frame into the lobby of the building.
There are then 14 steps up a wooden stair case and a further 2 steps up to the front door and into Cobblers.
On the ground floor is a kitchen and lounge/dining room.
13 Steps then take you up to the first floor and 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom with separate games room and a bathroom (with bath & shower attachment, basin & WC).
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow.
The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
