Outside: Garage, parking and driveway. Large lawned garden and raised patio area with patio table and chairs.

As you approach the property there is 1 step up onto the entrance porch and then 1 step up and over the front door. From the lounge are patio doors which take you out to the front garden with 6 steps down onto the lawn. From the dining room is a door to the garage which has 2 steps down and the back door has 2 steps out onto the side passage which has access to both the front and back garden. From the dining room through to the conservatory is 1 step over the door frame and then a further 1 step exiting the conservatory into the back garden through double doors. To get to the 1st floor from the entrance hall are 16 steps up and then all rooms are on one level.
