Tariff Explained
The tariff is displayed as a Saturday start. If your property is let from a Thursday, Friday or Sunday please add or subtract 1 or 2 days to find your week.
If your arrival day falls into the week before which may be in a different price band, this will make no difference as the price band for the week will be the one listed from the Saturday start date.
Each week has its own price band so please find your week and then refer back to the pricing structure.
Short Breaks
Short breaks are available at most of our properties, and the prices are worked out as follows:
3 nights = 70% of weekly tariff
4 nights = 75% of weekly tariff
5 nights = 80% of weekly tariff
Short breaks are available throughout the year but depending on the dates you would like to arrive, you may only book them a certain time in advance, see booking date bands below:
Price Bands 1 and 2 – Short breaks can be booked at any time.
Price Band 3 – Short breaks can be booked no sooner than 3 weeks in advance of arrival date.
Price Bands 4 and 5 – Short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week in advance of arrival date.
