We will suggest prices for you and a guide of how many weeks could realistically be achieved.

We will provide you with a check list to follow to prepare your property for rental.

We supply you with a copy of the latest ‘Visit Britain’ standards booklet, this will explain exactly what you need to achieve the best star rating for your property.

We can advise on where to get your furnishings, fittings and electrical appliance and also give you details on local tradesman who can assist you.
